The Robert B. Miller College is organized as a membership corporation under the Articles of Incorporation authorized by the State of Michigan. The Articles of Incorporation authorize the College to grant Bachelor Degrees (B.S., B.A.S., and B.S.N.) and Master of Fine Arts. The sole member of the corporation is the Miller Foundation, 310 WahWahTaysee Way, Battle Creek, Michigan 49015.
The College operates with integrity in fiscal and legal matters and adheres to federal regulations, as described in the U. S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133, by ensuring that institutional policies and procedures include compliance with federal mandates in day-to-day operations. The College consults with the law firm of Kreis, Endle, Callander, and Hudgins (One Moorsbridge Road, P.O. Box 4010, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49003-4010) to assist with legal and regulatory requirements.
