3. A.2. The institution articulates and differentiates learning goals for its undergraduate, graduate, post-baccalaureate, post-graduate, and certificate programs.

Miller College is designed as an undergraduate baccalaureate degree awarding institution, and the mission and goals of each school reflect the rigor and standards required to fulfill this purpose. Goals for each course are listed in the course syllabi along with outcomes that are aligned with the School’s Mission. The goals are appropriate for undergraduates, yet they anticipate the increased rigor of graduate degree programs. The goal is that Miller College graduates may enter any of the Colleges and universities in Michigan or elsewhere in the country to pursue a graduate degree. The School of Nursing has applied for permission to develop the Masters of Nursing (MSN) graduate degree program at Miller College.
