Challenge XV: Plans for Accommodating Special Needs of Students

Response:

The College does not discriminate in the admission or treatment of students on the basis of disability. The College is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and Title IX of the Education Amendment of 1972. 

Guidelines/procedures for requesting accommodations have been established. Individuals wishing to obtain further information on this Act and Miller College compliance may contact the Director of Administrative Services Office for the report in its entirety.
