Challenge XVI: Private Institution Long-term Needs

Response:

Miller College will focus on the capacity to grow in the areas of student enrollment and staffing.  To accomplish these long-term goals the following steps must be included in the College planning process:

-increase enrollment in each program of study

-increase the number of full-time faculty members as the budget allocations permit

-increase the number of faculty members with doctorial degrees

-increase the capacity to offer additional classes in a variety of formats
