Challenge XVII: Process and Outcomes

Response:

• Faculty and staff are aware of the need to continuously improve processes and outcomes critical to the operation of the College. They are aware of the progress made through teamwork, such as improvements in academics, student recruitment/retention and enrollment.
• The implementation of new concentrations in programs such as more online courses, and the development of a week-end college will better meet the needs of the students.  These strategies are all fiscally advantageous for the College.
• Continuous discussions regarding the finances with the full staff promotes an understanding of the need to stay within the budget and not over-extend the resources of the College.  Efforts to increase enrollment has to be the number one priority for all faculty and staff.
