Local business and industry leaders designed the programs in our School of Business around a comprehensive core curriculum, with rigorous courses that promote critical thinking, ethical behavior, and personal and financial accountability. Our professors have outstanding experience and are eager to share it with you.
Local public school educators crafted our Elizabeth H. Binda School of Education program to be a dynamic, practitioner-based approach that will prepare you to become an effective teacher.
Programs in our School of Arts and Sciences emphasize the skills you need to be a vital employee and citizen, stressing oral and written communication, presentation and community stewardship.
Like many students enrolled in these programs, you may have attended other schools without earning a degree. We’ll help you shape your assortment of previously earned credit hours and Miller College classes into a solid BS or BAS degree with an individualized educational plan that’s convenient and comprehensive.
Our CCNE-certified School of Nursing offers a RN to BSN program that lets you choose classroom management, advanced human resources, or advanced physical assessment, depending on your interest. The Miller College BSN eases transfer into a graduate level program if desired. Since classes are one day per week, you can take more than one class and shorten your program.
Our recently added Nurse Applicant Program allows students who are currently on a waiting list at a community college to begin taking their core BSN requirements while they wait. Once accepted into the RN program at a community college, the student leaves Miller College and completes the RN program. After earning an RN license, the student returns to Miller College to complete the remaining courses for a BSN degree, as few as seven classes.
Miller College has articulation agreements with most of the community colleges surrounding Battle Creek that offer RN programs – Kellogg Community College, Kalamazoo Valley Community College, Jackson Community College and Glen Oaks Community College in Centreville.
