Miller College is authorized to confer the degrees of Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.), Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.), and Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) by the state of Michigan. The authority is based on the College Articles of Incorporation in the State of Michigan.

The College is controlled by Miller College Board of Trustees and opertates within the laws of the State of Michigan and the USA. The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the College and is directly responsible to the College Board of Trustees.
Miller College prides itself on remaining competitive without sacrificing a quality education. We do this by forming lasting relationships with area community colleges and corporations to maximize the use of our collective resources. Tuition costs are the same for every enrolled student and there are never any registration, parking, or lab fees!
Miller College offers several Institutional Scholarships made possible through the Elizabeth H. Binda Foundation and available for all students attending Miller College.
