The Miller College Scholarship Committee awarded $10,000 in Institutional Scholarships to students for the 2012 Summer I and Summer II semesters.
The College awarded summer Merit Scholarships to Vicki Kramer, of Albion; Brenda Holmes, Bellevue; Steven Pascoe, Jurnis Allen, Danielle Pardee, Mike Patzkowsky and Charles Celli of Battle Creek; Martha Alling, Coldwater; and Karla Wheeler of Marshall. The Merit scholarship is awarded to existing Miller College students who have completed at least six credits at the College in a previous semester and have maintained a 3.5 GPA.
The College also awarded one summer Partner Scholarship to Rodney Marshall of Battle Creek. The Partner is given to new Miller College students with a minimum transfer GPA of 3.25. Funding for both scholarships was made possible by a grant from the Guido A. and Elizabeth H. Binda Foundation.
